🛍 Ordering

How do I place an order? Choose your favourite item, select the correct size and click 'ADD TO CART'. Then follow the steps in the checkout process.

Can I still change my order? Because we process orders quickly, it is not always possible to make changes. Send us an email with your order number and request as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What now? Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Contact us by email and we'll help you as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time? The estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days. During busy periods, such as sales, this may take slightly longer.

What are the shipping costs? We offer free shipping on all products.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? Yes, you have a 30-day return period. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as stated in our terms and conditions.

How does a return work? Send an email to info@aprixamsterdam.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.

When will I receive my refund? After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept American Express, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, Stripe and more. Always safe and secure.

Is it safe to pay online with you? Absolutely. Our website is fully secured with SSL encryption and meets the highest payment standards.

👕 Product & Sizing

How do I know which size to choose? Every product page includes a clear size suggestion. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us for advice.

My size is not (or no longer) available — will it come back? Some items are produced in limited quantities. Send us a message and we'll let you know if and when a restock is coming.

🧾 Other

Can I use a discount code? Of course! Enter your code at checkout. Please note: codes generally cannot be combined with other promotions.

Where are your products made? Our clothing is produced in collaboration with certified suppliers in Hong Kong — we use the same factories that are used by major fashion brands. We deliberately choose quality and efficiency.

I have a complaint. What now? We'd love to resolve it. Email us at info@aprixamsterdam.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
